Speak a Post

So why do I feel guilty when I don’t write? Because I made a promise to myself. A great motto is “Remember Your Promises.”

Bloggers and writers, if you are like me, you sometimes put too much pressure on yourselves to write a certain number of days or posts. It’s not necessary.  Just write when a thought hits you that you would like to share.

We don’t even need to type. We can speak our thoughts right into a blog post, clean up any auto corrections, and hit publish.

My problem is, sometimes, I have so much I want to say, I don’t know where to begin, add a middle, or end. Also, my time is limited with working full-time, etc.

Lately, I have been telling myself to simply begin. My thoughts and words seem to fall into place and give me something to show for starting.

Instead of giving up on writing, when you have a bad day or are stuck, how do you keep writing without pressure? Any suggestions?

Do your best to keep writing and sharing. I, for one, appreciate reading so many thoughtful authentic posts.

Here is a simple prompt: This week, share something that stuck out to you in nature or share a favorite travel memory.

I have thoughts to post about at the absolute wrong time and if/when I think about it again, I think “why would anyone care about that?!”
Maybe this weekend, I will look at my days and say “this time will be a perfect time to write something almost daily (don’t want to add any pressure!).
